About the course

ITIL® Foundation (Version 5) is the mandatory first step in the ITIL (Version 5) certification scheme. It introduces the foundations of digital product and service management and gives your organisation a common language for good practice.

Digital change is reshaping how products and services are designed, delivered and improved. ITIL (Version 5) joins traditional IT management with digital product and service management in a single lifecycle. In this course you see how the guiding principles, models and core concepts work together to focus on value, outcomes and experience, and how organisations use them to improve performance, collaboration and the experience of their stakeholders.
