About the course
The PRINCE2® Agile Foundation course (version 2) prepares you to work as an informed member of a project management team in an agile environment that uses PRINCE2 Agile. You learn the principles, terminology and governance of the method, and how the structure of PRINCE2 can be applied in an agile setting together with Lean and Lean Startup techniques.
After the course you can take the official PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam within 12 months. The certificate is the prerequisite for the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam. The official PeopleCert materials, with the learner workbook and sample exams, a quick reference guide and the digital PRINCE2 Agile manual, are designed to prepare you to pass at the first attempt.

Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for the PRINCE2® Agile Foundation exam. PRINCE2 Agile does not replace PRINCE2. To get the most from the course, a basic understanding of PRINCE2, Scrum, AgilePM, Lean and Lean Startup is recommended.
