Overview
The instructor-led, virtual PRINCE2® Agile Foundation course (version 2) is specifically designed to assess whether a candidate is fully prepared to act as an informed and capable member of a project management team operating within an Agile-driven environment that supports PRINCE2® Agile. To achieve this, candidates must demonstrate a thorough and practical understanding of the core principles, terminology, and governance structures inherent to the method.
A primary purpose of the PRINCE2® Agile Foundation course is to demonstrate how the robust structure of PRINCE2® can be seamlessly integrated and applied within an Agile environment, leveraging complementary frameworks like Lean and Lean Startup techniques to maximize flexibility and delivery speed.
Following the completion of the course, participants are given the opportunity to take the official PRINCE2® Agile Foundation exam within a 12-month window. Furthermore, earning this credential serves as the mandatory prerequisite if you later wish to advance your career and sit the official PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner exam.

Requirements
There are no pre-requisites to take the PRINCE2® Agile Foundation exam. PRINCE2® Agile is not a replacement of PRINCE2®. To get the most benefits out of the PRINCE2® Agile Foundation course we recommend that you to already have a basic understanding of PRINCE2®, Scrum, AgilePM, Lean and Lean Startup.
