The PRINCE2® 7 Practitioner course builds on your Foundation knowledge. In a live, interactive virtual classroom you learn to adapt and apply the PRINCE2 principles, practices and processes to real project scenarios, solve problems and steer projects to a successful outcome. The official PeopleCert study materials prepare you to take the certification exam with confidence.
PRINCE2 7th edition puts strong emphasis on the human side of project management. Alongside the processes and practices, the course covers leadership, communication and team alignment, so that you can lead change, navigate modern workplace dynamics and keep control in every phase of the project.
