About the course
PRINCE2® 7 Foundation shows that you can work as an informed member of a project management team on a project that uses PRINCE2. You learn the principles, terms and governance structure of the method, and how its process model works, using our own PRINCE2 Trigger Map.
You also learn how to set up a project management team with clear roles, so that every stage runs effectively, and how management by exception helps you control the project and deal with problems early. After the course you can take the official PRINCE2 Foundation exam within 12 months; passing it is the prerequisite for PRINCE2 Practitioner.
