About the course
The instructor-led SAFe for Hardware Teams (SHWP) course shows hardware teams how to apply Lean-Agile practices in their daily work and how to operate as part of an Agile Release Train (ART). It is based on Scaled Agile’s SAFe for Hardware Teams course (SAFe 6).
Participants learn to design for change with smaller batches and faster feedback, to iterate on market and technical feedback, and to manage compliance and risk without slowing delivery. After passing the exam they receive the SAFe 6 Hardware Practitioner certification, which is renewed yearly, and a digital badge.
