The instructor-led SAFe Agile Product Management (APM) course prepares participants for the SAFe Agile Product Manager (APM) exam of Scaled Agile. It shows how product professionals combine design thinking with the Scaled Agile Framework to create products that solve customer problems and deliver business value.
Participants learn to balance desirability, feasibility and sustainability, segment markets, shape product vision and roadmaps across Agile Release Trains, and set pricing and licensing strategies. After passing the exam they receive the SAFe Agile Product Manager certification and a digital badge, renewed yearly.
