About the course
The 5-day instructor-led course gives participants the expertise to audit an information security management system (ISMS) against ISO/IEC 27001, using recognised audit principles, procedures and techniques.
Participants learn to plan and carry out internal and external ISMS audits in line with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1, and to manage an audit programme and an audit team. Practical exercises based on a case study build these skills. The course ends with the certification exam.
