About the course
PECB ISO 9001 Lead Implementer is a five-day, instructor-led course that teaches you to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve a quality management system based on ISO 9001. You learn to interpret the requirements in the context of your organisation and to structure an implementation project around them: scope, processes, responsibilities, quality objectives, resources and documented information.
The course follows PECB’s IMS2 Methodology and continues past implementation, covering performance monitoring, planned changes, internal audits, management reviews and corrective actions. The course ends with the certification exam. If you pass, you can apply for the PECB Certified ISO 9001 Lead Implementer credential; the Lead Implementer level requires five years of professional experience, two of them in quality management, and 300 hours of QMS project activities.
