The 5-day instructor-led course gives participants the knowledge and skills to implement a business continuity management system (BCMS) based on the requirements of ISO 22301. It covers best practices of business continuity that keep an organisation operating effectively during a disruptive event.
The course shows how a BCMS is initiated, planned, implemented, evaluated and improved, using PECB’s IMS2 Methodology, and how it is prepared for a certification audit. The course ends with the certification exam.
