About the course
The 2-day instructor-led course prepares participants for the SAFe Agilist (SA) exam of Scaled Agile. It is the foundational certification for current and aspiring leaders of a Lean-Agile enterprise, and the content now includes the use of AI.
Participants learn what business agility requires and how the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) creates strategic alignment across a large organisation. A large part of the course deals with Lean Portfolio Management. After passing the exam, participants receive the SAFe Agilist certification and a digital badge.
