About Course
This instructor lead, virtual course is an add-on to your PRINCE2® Agile (version 2) Foundation and PRINCE2® Practitioner courses.The course assumes that you have already studied the Peoplecert course materials and ideally have already attended an online, virtual of classroom based PRINCE2® Agile (version 2) Foundation and Practitioner course.
This course will help you apply what you have learned using a real life sample scenario. This course can be tailored based on your own scenario. Once you have done the assignments at your own pace the instructor will go through your answers in a series of scheduled virtual classroom based meetings.
This course will help you understand how you can apply Claude AI to manage your project and project tasks.
What Will You Learn?
- This course consist of an indept review of the PRINCE2 Agile method with detailed explanations on how the instructor has used PRINCE2 Agile in his own projects.
- This course consist of hundreds of multiple choice questions to test your theoretical knowledge of the official PRINCE2 Agile (version 2) book.
- This course goes through many assignments on creating and using the PRINCE2 Agile Management Products and applying the PRINCE2 Agile Process Model using our PRINCE2 Agile Trigger Map.
- This course gives you an insight from the instructor on how PRINCE2 Agile can be used in combination with PRINCE2, other Agile frameworks, ITIL, DevOps, SAFe and Lean Six Sigma.
