About the course
PECB ISO 9001 Foundation is a two-day, instructor-led course that introduces the concepts of quality and quality management and gives an overview of the requirements of ISO 9001 for a quality management system (QMS). It covers the main elements of a QMS: the role of top management, risks and opportunities, the quality policy, the processes for providing products and services, performance evaluation and continual improvement.
The course ends with the certificate exam. Participants who pass it can apply for the PECB Certificate Holder in ISO 9001 Foundation credential, which shows the general knowledge needed to take part in a QMS implementation project. No professional experience is required.
